This project involved the complete transformation of an existing asbestos-roofed building to improve both its appearance and long-term performance. We safely overclad the existing roof and carried out a flat-to-pitch roof conversion, creating a more durable and visually appealing structure.

The refurbishment included the supply and installation of high-quality roof sheets and attractive wall cladding in contrasting colours, providing the building with a modern and distinctive finish. To complement the new roof system, matching trimline gutters were installed to ensure effective rainwater management and a cohesive appearance throughout.

As part of the client's commitment to sustainability, we also designed and installed a photovoltaic (PV) solar panel system together with battery storage. This renewable energy solution helps reduce energy costs, lowers the building's carbon footprint, and supports the long-term environmental sustainability of the boxing club.

The completed project has provided Bodmin Boxing Club with a modern, energy-efficient facility that will serve its members and the local community for many years to come.
