Overcladding
At Earthy Developments, we offer safe and cost-effective overcladding solutions for existing roofs including asbestos roofs, providing a modern upgrade without the need for full removal.
Overcladding involves installing a new roofing system directly over the existing asbestos sheets, encapsulating the material and avoiding the disruption, cost, and regulatory complexity associated with asbestos removal. Truro Overclad
In some cases overcladding is the most suitable way to revitalise an existing building. It is particularly useful when dealing with buildings made of asbestos as it contains the harmful material while being cost-effective, aesthetically pleasing and watertight.
A good example of how we can overclad a buidling is this project. Completed in 2021 in Truro this building was given a new lease of life with a stylish overclad and a new seamless aluminium guttering system

Bodmin Boxing Club
Another fantastic example of an overclad system is our Bodmin Boxing Club project.
Completed in 2022 our team were able to completely transform this gym.
This project really demonstrates the personalisation capabilities provided by metal cladding. The contrasting colours are a huge feature, making the building stand out from others on the industrial estate.
Cladding Penetrations
