Keyford Court

Completed in 2025, the Keyford Court project is a great example of how spray coating systems can be used to extend the lifespan of an existing roof while avoiding the need for a full replacement.

Our team began by thoroughly pressure washing the roof and cladding before sealing all roof laps and joints and replacing the existing rooflights to ensure the substrate was fully prepared for refurbishment.

We then applied Alumasc’s Caltech Metcoat High Performance Roofing System — a two-component, cold-applied, moisture-triggered modified acrylic and urethane-based resin system specifically developed for the refurbishment of mechanically sound pitched roofs and the treatment of cut edge corrosion.

Applied as a liquid coating, the system forms a seamless and highly durable waterproof membrane, providing long-term protection and extending the operational life of the roof by up to 20 years, depending on the specification used.

This project demonstrates Earthy Developments’ ability to deliver cost-effective roofing refurbishment solutions that improve performance, protect existing assets, and minimise disruption for clients.
