One of our biggest projects completed in 2025 - Earthy Developments acted as Principal Contractor for this large-scale renovation scheme.

The works included coordinating demolition subcontractors to safely remove several failing outbuildings, overseeing groundworkers carrying out extensive repairs to the service yard, and our own specialist team removing the existing asbestos roof and wall cladding.

We then installed new Kingspan KS1000RW 120mm insulated roof panels and Kingspan KS1000RW 100mm insulated wall panels, complete with contrasting trimline guttering, downpipes and flashings to deliver a modern, high-performance finish

In addition to the main construction works, we coordinated brickwork repairs, liaised with National Grid to arrange a power upgrade and worked closes with Devon Building Control throughout the entire process - from initial application through to final sign off.
