Completed in 2025, this flat roof overlay project in Sidmouth was delivered using the Bauderflex roofing system, providing a durable and high-performance waterproofing solution for the existing structure.

The works included the installation of new upstands to ensure long-term detailing integrity, along with the supply and installation of new rooflights by Velux, improving natural light levels within the building.

High-quality leadwork was also carried out throughout, ensuring all junctions and detailing were finished to a robust and professional standard.
