Completed in the centre of Bath in 2025, Earthy Developments
successfully delivered a 1,500m² BauderFlex roof renewal project.

Our operatives removed all stone ballast and inverted insulation boards before thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the roof surface. All debris was cleared, and existing waterproofing was stripped from the upstands. Surfaces were then prepared using Bauder activator primer prior to the installation of a high-performance BauderFLEX roofing system.

The project also included the reinstatement of all leadwork, along with the careful replacement of pebbles and paving slabs to restore the roof’s original finish.

In addition, we completed 200 linear metres of parapet gutter refurbishment and installed hundreds of flashings within a confined gutter area positioned 12 metres above a busy public highway, requiring meticulous planning and safe execution throughout.
