Completed in early 2026, our project at The Atrium was a rewarding scheme for the team, involving a careful balance of restoration, repair, and attention to detail throughout.

The works included the full removal of all glass panes to allow for thorough cleaning prior to reinstatement, alongside the installation of new glazing bars to improve both functionality and appearance. Our operatives also carried out the full redecoration of the window framing to restore the building’s overall finish.

In addition, the project involved high-level slate roof repairs and flat roof remedial works to ensure the long-term durability and weather resistance of the structure.

Projects such as this demonstrate the importance of a methodical approach and skilled workmanship, particularly when working on buildings where both aesthetics and structural integrity are equally important.
