Completed in 2026 at The Mint, this refurbishment project involved a range of roofing and external improvement works to enhance both the safety and appearance of the property.

The existing roof covering was removed and replaced using the BauderFlex roofing system, providing a durable and reliable waterproof finish. Alongside the roofing works, the banisters underwent a full refurbishment to restore their appearance and improve longevity.

Our team also removed and rebuilt a timber canopy, carefully reconstructing the structure to provide a robust and visually sympathetic finish. To improve safety across the external access areas, the existing slippery terracotta staircase tiles were removed and replaced with new non-slip slate treads and risers, while new paving slabs were installed along the adjoining walkway.
