Completed in 2024 on Wylds Road in Bridgwater, Earthy Developments transformed a tired, outdated warehouse into a modern and visually striking retail unit.
The works began with the safe removal of the existing asbestos roof panels, which were replaced with new Kingspan KS1000RW insulated roof sheets to bring the building up to current performance standards. High-level glazing was also replaced, incorporating contrasting Kingspan Microrib panels to enhance the overall aesthetic and modernise the façade.
The project was finished with anthracite flashings and new rainwater goods, providing a clean, cohesive external finish.
The result is a fully refurbished commercial unit that meets modern building standards while significantly improving both its appearance and functionality.
